Method Beat egg whites with 1 teaspoon baking powder till stiff gradually add castor sugar, then yolks and vanilla essence mix oil and water and add to egg mixture sift flour and mazeina and remaining 2 teaspoon baking powder fold in pour into 2 greased baking pans and bake at 180 deg for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
Icing Beat butter till white Gradually add condensed milk and vanilla and beat till velvety smooth
Bake puff pastry squares till crisp- crush. ice cake and sprinkle crushed pastry over.
