INGREDIENTS
Boiled rice 1 kg
Chicken boneless tikka pieces 500 gm
Fresh cream ½ cup
Almond (grinded) 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Green chilli (crushed ) 3 tablespoon or to taste
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Yogurt 2 cup
Cumin powder 2 teaspoon
METHOD
⚪ Marinade tikka for 3 to 4 hours
⚪ Take a pan heat ½ cup oil and 4 tablespoon of butter now add marinated tikka and cook until chicken is tender ,
Now u can give a charcoal dum, sprinkle chopped coriander and mint and keep aside
⚪ Take a pot add 2 tablespoon malted butter and first layer of half boiled rice then tikka mixture again some chopped coriander and mint and again layer of remaining boiled rice
Sprinkle some orange food colour and w tablespoon malted ghee (Clarified butter). Sprinkle some water and cover
⚪ cook on slow flame until done
⚪ serve with salad
