Ingredients 1kg chicken fillets (cut into big cubes) 1 Egg (beaten) 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 tablespoon flour ½ teaspoon Chicken spice ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Sauce- 2 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 cup water + 2 teaspoon chicken stock powder 2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 240g tub Tomato puree 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 tablespoon Water
Also needed- 1 large Onion (cut into quarters)
Chopped spring onions
Method: 1. Mix chicken in above ingredients and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil on med-high until golden brown. 3. Drain on paper towel. 4. Heat up some oil, stir fry garlic, ginger and chilli paste. 5. Add chicken stock water, tomato paste and sauces. 6. Cook until sauce boils. 7. Mix maizena (corn flour) with water and add into the sauce. 8. Let it thicken. 9. Add in onion wedges and the fried chicken pieces. 10. Mix till chicken well coated. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
