1 kg mince ( any ) 1 large onion grated (liquid squeezed) And fried 1 tablespoon ginger garlic +- 2 teaspoon level Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 tablespoon ground green chilli or red 1 chilli powder or crushed red chilli 1 teaspoon tumeric ,+- 1 teaspoon salt Chopped green dhania (coriander) Optional: 1 tablespoon steaks & chops spice 1 tablespoon seekh kabaab mix Finely chopped shallot And mint Mould into ping ball size Fry lightly if adding to Tomato chutney and cook till done Or serve with spagetti or rice or roti
Fry or grill Serve with puri and chips and sauce
FOR CUTLETS Add 2 sliced soaked bread add mash potatoes (2 boiled cubed salted potatoes make mash) Make ping ball size flatten in palm roll in flour ..then egg then bread crumbs or just semolina Grill or fry
