INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillets sliced thinly lengthways
marinate in -
1 teaspoon nandos hot peri peri sauce
2 teaspoon nandos mild peri peri sauce
1 teaspoon nandos garlic sauce
1 teaspoon coarse chilli powder
1 lemons juice
peppers julienne
carrots julienne
lettuce shredded
onions grated
METHOD
in a wok add a tablespoon of butter and add the chicken
strips with the marinade and quickly stir fry
till the chicken is done tossing all the time.
remove the chicken and allow to cool. reserve the
marinade sauce remaining in the wok and also cool
completely.this will be used as your dressing for
the salad.
on your serving platter,arrange the shredded
lettuce,carrots and peppers. top with the cool
chicken and then drizzle the reserved dressing
all over.
garnish with the grated onion and serve
immediately.
