-steak of your choice
-aminas wonderspice Portuguese marinade OR khans if I am in S.A
-butter to cook steak in
For tomato chutney:
-1 tin KOO tomato and onion mix
-salt and chilli powder to taste
-¼ teaspoon red masala
-1 teaspoon butter
-steamed mixed veg
-a fried egg(optional)
-battered onion rings(optional)
1.)marinate steak with red masala and Portuguese spice for a few hours or overnight.
Cook on butter on medium heat till well done.
1.)melt butter,add red masala and cook for a bit,liquidize the tomato onion mix and add it to the pot,add salt and chilli to taste and cook till butter comes to the top.
*Serve with chips,steamed veg and boiled rice,a fried egg can be served ontop of the steak and tomato chutney if desired**
