RECIPE
1 kg fillet steak or chicken cubedCook filling in :1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon lemon juice½ tablespoon ginger garlic1 ½ teaspoon Robertsons steak & chops spice(If you cooking chicken use 1 ½ teaspoon chicken spice)1 ½ tablespoon steers bbq sauce 1 ½ tablespoon steers mustard sauce Once steak/chicken is cooked add:2 tablespoon steers sweet chilli sauce2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce Fry chips,cubed polony & viennas.Spice with salt,chilli powder and vinegar(must be quite saucy)😋Slit rolls horizontally and remove some of the filling of the rolls.spread sauce inside the roll(I put the sauce with a teaspoon and spread it with the back of the spoon)
Sauce for chicken:2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mustard sauce2 or 3 tablespoon nandos hot peri peri sauceSauce for the steak:2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mustard sauce4 tablespoon Maggies chilli sauce
Layer your steak/chicken filling with chips and polony and drizzle a little extra sauce.sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and bake at 180 degress just till the cheese melts
