Ingredients: 1 onion (sliced) 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds 2 tablespoon oil 2 tomatoes (liquidized) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala ½ - 1 teaspoon chilli powder ¼ teaspoon white pepper ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 teaspoon salt 3 large potatoes (thinly sliced) 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets) ½ teaspoon garum masala Fresh coriander (chopped)
Method: 1. Heat oil, add onion & Jeeru (Cumin) & braise till golden. 2. Add tomatoes, chillies & spices. Mix in. 3. Add potatoes & cauliflower & cook with water as needed until tender. 4. Add garum masala & coriander & mix in. 5. Serve hot with roti.
