INGREDIENTS
Bakers boudouir biscuits
1 cup black coffee... I use 2 teaspoon
coffee
1l ultramel custard
1 250ml fresh cream
1 flake
METHOD
Pour coffee into a bowl,
Dip biscuits in the coffee and place
next to each other at the bottom
of a pyrex,
Pour custard evenly over,
Whip the fresh cream with 2 tablespoon
castor sugar and a drop of vanilla essence till
fairly stiff but not too stiff so
that it can spread over the
custard,
Decorate with crushed flake,
Refrigerate and serve Chilled
... Very easy, very quick and very
yummy!
