friend suraya gave me this recipe i tried it first time.

RECIPE

Pepper steakCut one onion in ghee (Clarified butter) and braise till transparent Add half kg cubed steak green chilies crushed ,garlic ,white pepper, salt , lemon juice , little water to cook Soak two tablespoon sago in water , drains do throw in ¾ way done steak Add salt and black pepper and cook Cut fine mushrooms braise in green masala and ghee (Clarified butter) Cut fine potatoes steam till doneThen I think add mushrooms and potatoes to steak

I did not add potato i added a little pepper sauce....it was really tasty
