@Sue - Wslm Boil pasta if choice. Make s sauce with mayo, cream style sweet corn kharee masala, salt & freshly black pepper. Stir fry 3 coloured peppers cut carrots into strips and stir fry and mushrooms or the creamed sliced mushroom. Now mix everything together and put in Pyrex dish.spread grated cheese over and sprinkle mix herbs or any other herbs of choice. Bake in 180oC oven till cheese melts and slightly brown ( very light ). ENJOY
