This was delicious jazakallah i simmered fresh pineapple pieces for 10 min and added the pieces to the rice just before steaming

Wslm glad u enjoyed it the recipe was fr 250g chiken u can adjust quantities
Its chineses salt u cn use regular salt
U can use either of the two recipes use enuf water to make a soft dough.add little water at a time til ur dough is the rite consistency.the milk recipe is better though.
