Wslm, its a well known essence Ʊ get from the middle East, however , if Ʊ do not have it Ʊ may use rose ess intead . If Ʊ do not hv the mould to to press biscuit out , Ʊ may form little round balls and bake as above recipe ... Enjoy !!!!

Allow syrup to boil on stove for. 4 - 5 min and leave to cool ....... When cake is ready in 0ven remove and pour cooled syrup over hot cake ..... Enjoy!!!

Ï make melting moments a lot for my family and my recipe is the same , flour to combine dough to be used as required to form a soft dough which will be easy to press through nozzle aswell... There are days whn baking u will make a biscuit and notice u use more and other days u may use less flour it all depends on weather :)
Its delicious i tasted this in Egypt they served it alongside kofta , is perfect with achney or. Biryani the only ing i add extra to abv recipe is that after making and platting up in a pretty salad bowl is a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil :)
