@Farah - I cooked it for like 5 minutes because it was smaller prawns. and I have an absolute phobia o over cooking prawns. After it was cooked I took out the prawns and dry the excess fluid a bit then tossed the prawns back in the dried out sauce.

Do big breakfast and supper. No lunch or a very light lunch like fruit and snacks.

Premix pancakes are simple and easy. Take frozen savouries that you can pop in the oven and no fuss.

Do yourself a favor and do grilled stuff mostly, marinate all your meats before hand and freeze it. This will save you time and you don't have to take a million and one things. Then easy sides like chips, salads, you can do pasta with the Ina parms sauces they really yummy.

You on honeymoon don't over complicate the food it will take away from you enjoying yourself if you constantly stuck in the kitchen.
