-9 cubes frozen Methi (Fenugreek) baaji
-3 cups self raising flour
-1 ½ cups rice flour
-3 tblspns margarine
-½ tablespoon garlic (crushed)
-crushed green chilli to taste
-1 teaspoon red chilli powder
-3 teaspoon dhana powder
-1 tablespoon arad (Turmeric)
-3 ½ teaspoon salt
-½ cup sesame seeds
-¼ cup Ajmo (Tymol seed) (optional)
-3 tblspns whole jeeru (cumin) (optional)
1.) mix all of the above ingredients with lukewarm water to form a soft but firm and stretchy dough.
2.)roll out on a floured surface and cut into strips.
3.)fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.

---once fried and when still warm a mixture of citric acid,chilli powder and sugar can be sprinkled over the top to give it an extra kick of flavour----
