INGREDIENTS
20 red chillies. 1 cup vinegar. 1 small tin apricot jam. 3 tablespoon methie masala. Salt to taste. 2 cups tomato sauce.
METHOD
Soak chillies in vinger overnite. Liquidise the next day. Beat in the apricot jam, methie masala and tamato sauce. Add salt and mix well. Bottle and refrigerate.
