For chicken marinade-chicken breast of one chicken - ½ teaspoon garlic paste- ½ teaspoon ginger paste- salt- black pepper powder - 1 egg- ¾ tablespoon of corn flour
Dressing- ½ cup tomato sauce- ½ cup sweet chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon soy sauce - 1 table spoon vinegar - 1 table spoon lemon juice
Crunchies - cashew nut- fruits and vegetables of your choice
Take breast piece of one chicken. Slice it thinly. Then add ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, ½ teaspoon of ginger paste, salt, black pepper powder, one egg and ¾ table spoon of corn flour. Keep the marinated chicken aside. Now cut fresh vegetables and fruits of your choice for making the salad. In a pan add little bit of oil and fry the chicken breast pieces. Let it cool. In the same oil fry one hand full cashew for 3/4mins and let it cool.Now in a serving bowl add all the ingredients (chicken, cashew nut, cut vegetables and dressing) and your chicken cashew nut salad is ready.
