RECIPE
For the dough
125 g soft butter2 tablespoon oil½ cup Mazina¾ icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essenceFew drops coconut essenceFew drops almond essence½ cup crushed pecan nuts¼ cup coconut+- 1 ½ cup flourMix to a soft biscuit doughRoll into small balls
For topping
1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water add vanilla essenceDip balls in egg mixtureNow mixMix some crushed pecans coconut and sugar together in a plateRoll the balls in the above mixturePlace on baking trayFlatten slightlyBake at 180* for +- 15-20 minutesWhen cool Decorate with just a small knob of melted chocolate in centre Enjoy
