INGREDIENTS
6 chicken breasts, halved1 cup flourChicken SpiceLemon Pepper spicePaprika SpiceGarlic Onion PowderSalt optional Oil
METHOD
Clean the chicken, cut into halves. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl dip the chicken into the flour coating. Fry in oil for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve it with mielies & roast potatoes.

Cut the breasts with slits for quicker cooking time.
