Smarties Surprise

INGREDIENTS

½ cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup cake flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 large box of smarties

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°Melt butter and add sugar,stir and cool slightly Add egg and vanilla essence and wisk Sift flour and salt ontop of mixture and fold carefully Add large box of smarties and fold carefully Add mixture to a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes Serve warm and top with ice cream
