INGREDIENTS
6 eggs boiled and sliced1 onion diced1 teaspoon ginger4 glove garlic diced2 medium tomatoes2 tbps ghee (Clarified butter)2 tbps butter1 teaspoon red Kashmiri masala2 teaspoon pav baaji masala1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin)Salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juiceFresh dhania (coriander)
METHOD
In a saucepan add ghee (Clarified butter) and butterAdd onion and fry till transparent then add ginger and garlic Add tomatoes, green chillies and cook till soft.Add all masalas and saltAdd in eggs. Stir a littleAdd in lemon juice and about 50ml waterAdd fresh dhania (coriander) and some butter.
Toast square buns with little ghee (Clarified butter) and dhania (coriander) on Tawa
