INGREDIENTS
½ kg prawns - wash & drain properly.
Marinate overnight with 1 teaspoon salt, lemon pepper,
1 ½ teaspoon crushed green chillies & 3 tablespoon lemon
juice.
METHOD
Heat 4tbls oil & fry 3 cloves garlic. Add 1 cubed
red & green pepper & a punnet of mushrooms. Cook
on high. Add prawns. Once dry add paste. (Paste
quarter cup water with 1 tablespoon flour). Allow 1
boil then add
330ml fresh cream. Allow 2 boil. Add half packet
boiled penne pasta in!
INFO & TIPS
Optional: Put in pyrex, grate cheese
over.Sprinkle parsley & pepper over.
Bake at 180 for 15 minutes.
