1 litre milk 6 - 8 tablespoons semolina 2 tablespoons coconut Some flaked almonds 1 tin condensed milk 1 teaspoon fine elaichi powder 1 tablespoons rose water2 tablespoons rose syrup Edible roses Slivered pistachios (optional)
In a pot add in milk, semolina, coconut and almonds. Cook till mixture thickens. Add in condensed milk, elaichi powder, rose water, rose syrup and allow to cool. Pour into bowls or cups and decorate witu coloured almonds, pistachios or edible rose petals.
