INGREDIENTS
1 tin chickpeas, drained
1 teaspoon jeeroo
¼ cup tahini paste
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup thick yoghurt
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
METHOD
Process all the ingredients in magi mix until smooth.
Place dip into serving bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over hummus.
Serve with pita bread and kofas.

Tahini paste is a sesame seed paste, found in Mediterranean
shops, Spar, Pick n Pay or Hyperama.
