INGREDIENTS
2 large chicken fillets (cubed small)2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon ground garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo (coriander cumin) powder½ teaspoon lemon pepper powder1 teaspoon ground green chilliea5-6 tablespoon mayonnaise
Also needed:1x packet Woolworths coleslaw2x packets Blue shirt bakery mini pitasTrim/Mayonnaise
METHOD
1. In a pot, melt butter on medium heat. 2. Add chicken and all ingredients besides mayonnaise. 3. When chicken is ¾ way done, add mayonnaise.4. Cook till sauce thickens.5. Toast pitas till they puff up.6. Remove from heat, slice a pocket open on the top.7. Spoon in some mayonnaise.8. Stuff with coleslaw and chicken filling. Serve
