INGREDIENTS
5 x Large potatoes, (cooked & cooled) 2 x Chicken Fillets (shredded & cooked in oil). Tomato, chopped Green Pepper, chopped¼ teaspoon Chillie flakesGarlic Salt(optional) ¼ teaspoon Paprika¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper¼ Cup Cream/Milk2 Cups CheeseHerbsButter (dollops)
METHOD
Line the pyrex dish add half of the cubed potatoes, then the chicken with the spices, toss in the Cream/Milk. Lastly the grated cheese, herbs & (optional) spring onions for garnish or tomato & green pepper. Add dollops of butter. Bake until all the cheese melts and lovely & golden brown at 180 degrees.Njoy with mini pita's & Chips Sauce

Also add more cheese when it comes out of the oven.
