With extra semolina Made differently+-1 & ½ kg grated carrots. (grated in the small side of grater)Heat 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) together with250g Butter Add few Cinnamon sticksElachi (cardomom) Pods( optional,: Sultanas or raisins or prunes ). I left it outBraise all the grated carrotsWhen almost dry add 750 g semolina or taystee wheat¼ cup dessicated coconut (optional)Braise till it turns colourAdd 1 cup boiling water with 2-3 drops of egg yellow food colouringFew strands of saffronStirNow add 1 can condensed milk Mix Add +- ½ cup sugar for tasteAdd ¼ Cup Klim. Powder (optional) Add +- 1 ½ cups milkAdd Handful of sliced almonds Little Almond powder (optional)1 tablespoon finely crushed Elachi (cardomom)Mix well add1 can nestle dessert creamCook on low few minutesNow put in oven Bake at 180* for +- 45-60 minutesTill not too dry it must be mushyGarnish with more slices almonds
