RECIPE
500g prawns/chicken/steak1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt3 tablespoon lemon juice3 tablespoon tomato puree 2 tablespoon mayonnaise *Marinate chicken with above ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oils 125ml fresh creamRed and green pepperMixed herbs *boil pasta. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken. (Do not let all the sauce burn out/do not dry out)Add peppers and mixed herbs and sauté. Add cream to chicken and throw in pasta. Empty into casserole dish. Optional- grate parmesan cheese over.
