INGREDIENTS
1 and a half cups rice (any indian rice)
julienne peppers,carrots,baby corn
natural yogurt
sliced onion
cubed chicken fillet or steak
salt
pepper
green masala,red masala(wet)
dhana, Jeeru (Cumin)
grated cheese ,fresh parsely and paprika
METHOD
boil rice in salt water until done.rinse and keep
aside
lightly fry sliced onion and veggies in a little
oil, add desired meat filling with +/- 2 teaspoon
masala(mixed,red and green), ¼ teaspoon dhana and
Jeeru (Cumin)
salt and pepper to taste,taste to ensure spicynes
is
to your liking
once the meat is tender add +/- 2tblsp yogurt to
give the meat a sauce
in a casserole dish layer half the rice then meat
filling top with remaining rice, sprinkle cheese
paprika and parsley lastly dot with blobs of butter
bake in a preheated oven of 200deg until cheese
begins to sizzle or until heated through
