Easy Liquorice Milkshake

INGREDIENTS

1 tub softened vanilla ice cream1 cup milk1 packet liquorice toffees.(available at woolworths)

METHOD

In a sauce pan over medium-high heat ,melt Toffees in milk until well combined(it should be a rich grey colour)Allow this to coolOnce cooled mix it well with the vanilla Ice cream serve in tall milkshake glasses

INFO & TIPS

Try adding half milk half fresh cream Instead of 1 cup plain milk,
Do not allow the ice cream to become Liquid,
Mix in the liquorice mixture n refreeze in a mould to make liquorice ice cream
