INGREDIENTS
2 kg prawns washed and drained very well 100g butter4 tblp crushed garlic2 level teaspoon salt4 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder 2 level teaspoon rustenburg chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillie 1 teaspoon fish spice1 teaspoon cajun spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ cup lemon juice½ cup mayonnaise½ cup tomato sauce½ cup fresh cream (optional)

METHOD
Melt butter.Add garlic and saute on low heat till light in colour. Add spices and saute on low heat for 2 minutes .Allow to cool.Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise and tomato sauce . Mix well .Add prawns and marinate for about 2 hours. Cook on high flame for 10 minutes. Add fresh cream 5 minutes before serving which is optional. Garnish with dhunia.
