INGREDIENTS
2 Cups All Bran Muffin Mix(Golden Cloud), 1 teaspoon Baking powder1 egg, beaten4 teaspoon Sugar½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence 125ml oilAdd milk to make a thick batter.... 5 teaspoon Yogurt½ Cup Raisins (optional)
METHOD
Mix all the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.Then spoon the batter into muffin pan about ¾ full donot overfill. Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20minutes.Makes 12-15

Add Sultanas, orange peel (zest) Bananas/Carrot (grated)....
