1 & ½ cup flour 2 cups sugar250 g butter4 eggs¾ cup coco powder A pinch of baking powder¼ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a saucepan melt butter. Add sugar.Mix well.Turn off heat. Add coco powder, add vanilla essence, add salt. Mix well. Beat eggs.Add butter & coco mixture.Add flour. Beat well. Grease a brownie tray.Place in parchment paper.Pour in batter. Bake on 180° for 25 minutes.(Check with cake tester if done) Allow to cool. Top with chocolate ganache and nuts. Ganache: Melt slab of plain dairy milk chocolate with small tin dessert cream. Pour over brownies. Garnish with nuts. Enjoy!
