INGREDIENTS
ready rolled puff pastry sheets or squares.apricot jamIcing sugar
METHOD
1.) cut pastry into a square if it isn’t already cut, place 1 teaspoon of jam in the middle and fold over to form a triangle shape (seal the ends with a bit of water)2.)bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees till golden brown.3.)leave to cook then drizzle with melted apricot jam, dust with icing sugar and decorate as desired.
INFO & TIPS
----- jam can also be substituted with nutella if you prefer (drizzle with melted milkybar and dairymilk if you choose nutella as a filling) *
