RECIPE
An easy and delicious dressing for your Summer salads and just as delicious used in wraps, burgers, sandwiches etc.(Makes 3 cups)
INGREDIENTS:1 cup mayonnaise1 cup sour cream1 cup buttermilk (or regular full cream milk mixed with 2 tablespoon white vinegar)1-2 tablespoon chopped dill2 tablespoon chopped chives2 teaspoon dried parsley1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder½ - 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (adjust to taste)
METHOD:1. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and buttermilk until smooth. 2.Add the spices and whisk until combined. 3.Add the lemon and whisk again. 4. Pour into an airtight jar.5. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Note: This dressing will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to a week.
