Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sookh mookh 1 cup sugar1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon vinegar
METHOD
Melt sugar in a heavy based pit. Swirl the sugar in pot till it melts and do not mix. Once sugar has melted add in the butter and mix in. Add in sookh mookh and mix. I added a little extra flaked almonds and flaked coconut to sookh mookh. Pour onto a tray with a tray cover or silicone mat. Once cooled break into pieces.
