2 kg cleaned and butterflied prawns2 teaspoon crushed garlicJuice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon cayenne pepperSalt according to your taste Sauce:250ml bottle fresh cream125g garlic butter ¼ cup Portuguese sauce (I used meanies)1 tblpn mayonaiseParsley
Marinate prawns with Aromat (a South African Spice), garlic, cayenne pepper for 2 hours. Before cooking prawns add in lemon juice and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.Preheat oven at 180 oC Place prawns on oven tray and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven..
Sauce:Melt garlic butter in Portuguese sauce over low heat. Gradually add in fresh cream.. allow to cook for 5 minutes over low heat.. add in mayo and stir well... allow to boil once and remove fron stove..Add in your parsley.Pour sauce over prawns and grill prawns between 7 to 10 minutes Enjoy with chips, wedges, rolls

Prawns should not be cooked for too long otherwise it gets really hard
