Sauce:Melt garlic butter in Portuguese sauce over low heat. Gradually add in fresh cream.. allow to cook for 5 minutes over low heat.. add in mayo and stir well... allow to boil once and remove fron stove..Add in your parsley.Pour sauce over prawns and grill prawns between 7 to 10 minutes Enjoy with chips, wedges, rolls
