For the steak:-4 pieces of tenderized steak-2 teaspoon Amina’s wonder spice steak and chops marinade -salt or to taste-1 teaspoon vinegar-1 teaspoon lemon juice-1 tablespoon oil-1 teaspoon butter-¼ teaspoon red masala For vegetables:-A variety of readily prepared fresh veg bag (Store bought)-pinch of pepper-salt to taste-1 teaspoon butter For the lemon butter sauce:-juice of ½ lemon-100g butter-1 cup fresh cream-½ teaspoon green masala-dried parsley-salt to taste-pinch of pepper-½ teaspoon sugar For the spicy mash potato:-Ready made mash (or you can make your own)-fresh red chilli flakes-salt to taste -butter
*Steak method:1.) Marinate steak with everything overnight or for atleast an hour.2.) Melt butter in a pot on medium heat,add steak and a bit of hot water If needed - cook till half done and water dries out.3.) Remove from the stove and transfer to an ovenproof dish to grill before serving. *Spicy mash potato method:1.) Heat according to packaging instructions - then add the butter, salt and chilli and mix well. *Lemon butter sauce method1.)Melt butter in a pan,add the lemon juice,salt, pepper , sugar , parsley and green masala and cook for a bit2.)Add the cream and mix well, remove pan from the stove when the sauce has thickened. *Vegetable method:1.) Steam according to packaging instructions - then add the butter, salt and pepper and mix well.
