1kg mutton ½ cup SourMilk1 tomatoe grated2 sticks cinnamon 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods1 teaspoon saffron strands½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)4 teaspoon chillie powder2 teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder 1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala 1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon salt ½ cup fried onions3 tablespoon solid ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
marinate meat with everything besides ghee (Clarified butter) and onions for 1 hour heat ghee (Clarified butter) add onions and marinated meat and cook on low till done stirring occasionally **add water to pot in small Quantities if needed till meat is cooked soft **
