INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour1 tablespoon solid ghee (Clarified butter)1 ¼ cup boiling water
METHOD
mix all together in kenwood for 5 to 8 minutes with dough hook or paddle attachment
divide into 8 rotis make our by rolling each roti out spreading melted ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle of flour folding in half spreading with ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle with flour again folding into quarter now and closing to form a ball
roll roti pur into roti fry with ghee (Clarified butter) on high store in a closed container to stay fresh
