125g butter1 cup semolina500ml milk1 teaspoon egg yellow1 egg1 cup sugarground Elachi (cardomom)saffron(few strands)
METHOD
Milk mixture to be prepared and ready before you Start the recipeBeat milk & eggAdd saffron & egg yellow to the milk mixture.Beat Until the egg has mixed in.
Melt butter in a pot on low.when halfway melted, Add semolina.Keep mixing until its lightly golden Brown.Then add the milk mixture and whisk on low heat.When Sojee (semolina flour) is thickening..add the sugar and Elachi (cardomom) (almonds-optional).stir and mix until Sojee (semolina flour) has formed.. do not burn
