1 litre vanilla ice cream
2 cups crushed Marie biscuits
2 eggs beaten
Oil for frying
Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for 2hrs.
Roll frozen ice cream balls in crushd marie and
freeze for further 2hrs.
Dip frozen balls in beaten egg and roll again in
Fry in hot oil for a minute and serve immediately
