INGREDIENTS
1 kg mutton/ beefWater as per necessaryOil as requiredSalt to tasteFreshly crushed black pepperTomatoes 500 gm to 700 gmFew green chillies
METHOD
Cover and cook till meat half done (add water if required to tender the meat).Now cut 500 - 700 gm tomatoes cut into 4 - 5 round slices spread all over the meat and let cook the till tomatoes r well tendered, mashed and meat is full cooked and oil separates. Keep stirring in between to check meat does not sticks to the pan...Add black pepper crushed 1- ½ teaspoon or as per your taste and bhuno well till oil separates completely.At last add few green chillies cut into 3 - 4 slices and put to dum for few minutes and serve garnishing with chopped corriander leaves and ginger julienne...
