Cut and cube Samoosa Pur and fry till light Gold in colur Fry 1 Thinly Sliced OnionWith few Curry Leaves2 Slit chopped up Green ChilliesWhen Onion Almost golden brown add chopped green dhania (coriander) Fry and quickly remove all from pan keep aside on a paper towel to remove excess oilThen fry slightly chopped almonds flaked Coconut Slices Pecans Cashew nuts and peri peri nuts (like Simba peanut halves) Sesame seedsAnd Somph Optional is SultanasAlso drain this on a paper towelAdd all of the above in a large DishAdd some MOCHACHO CHIP SPICE and add some Kashmiri Chilli PowderMix well Adjust Salt and ChilliKeep in a Sealed Container ENJOY😋
