INGREDIENTS
1 Litre fresh milk¼ LB butter )125 g)6 eggs1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom) ( cardamom) ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Slices badaam ( almonds)
METHOD
Beat the liquids then add the spices. Sprinkle the sliced badaam. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake @ 180 degrees Celsius for approx 20 to 25 minutes until firm to the touch.
