1 cup all purpose flour½ cup milk½ cup water1 eggAdd salt and pepper to taste
1. Put flour in bowl. 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Taste to add salt and pepper or any other preferred spices. 5. Lightly rub some flour on the fish. 6. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.

*if too thick, add more milk.
if too runny, add more flour.
can be served with hot chips.
