Pudding:1 egg1 cup sugar1 cup milk1 cup cake flour 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 tablespoon butter (melted) 2 teaspoon vinegar 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 4 tablespoon Apricot jam Malva Sauce:150 ml whip cream 4 teaspoon butter 2 tablespoon water 5 tablespoon sugar
1. Combine milk,vinegar, vanilla essence and egg. 2. Sift flour and bicarb. 3. Add sugar, melted butter and mix together. 4. Add jam and mix thoroughly until granules are gone. 5. Pour mixture into a Pyrex bowl of choice according to the amount of mixture (covered with foil) and pop into the oven at 180' Celsius for 50-60 minutes. 6. While pudding is baking, finish your sauce by simply adding all the ingredients into a pot on a hot stove and bring to a boil. 7. When pudding is baked and still warm, throw the sauce over the pudding.
