INGREDIENTS
3 tetley teabags (tear open)1 teaspoon freshly ground elaichi powder2 cinnamon sticks ½ a tin ideal milk 1 cup milk 1 cup water 1 tin rainbow milk (cardamom flavor)½ teaspoon chai masala (optional)(I didn't add chai masala)
METHOD
In a sauce pan add in water with tea leaves, elaichi powder, cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. Add in milk, ideal milk, rainbow milk, brew on medium heat and bring up to a boil. Now add in masala chai if using and let brew for a few more minutes. Strains into tea cups and serve immediately.
Sweeten with condensed milk or sugar.
