2 potatoes finely cubedRinse and drain For the batter:1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking powder whisk till fluffyThen add:1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder ¼ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon saltMake batter with tap water. Must not be too thick or too runny. It should be able to drop into oil.Add potatoes and mix. Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion. Fry in medium hot oil. Serve with your favorite chutney.
