INGREDIENTS
2 x rotis1 potatoe Mixed herb (Sprinkle) 1tblsp chilli tomato sauce 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon olive oil1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon BBQ garlic powder ½ teaspoon jeera powder Saltblack pepper 1 Chillie finely chopped Handful dhania (coriander)
METHOD
1. Grease your oven tray and lay out your roti2. Spread 1 tablespoon chilli tomato sauce on roti and Sprinkle mixed herbs (do not make the roti saucy.. Put very little sauce just for flavor
Filling3. Cube and boil one potato and mash (I leave it a little chunky) 4. Mix in butter and let it melt and then the milk (you may add a little more if too dry)5. Throw in spices, dhania (coriander) and olive oil and mix well6. Spread over roti and throw cheese over then bake at 180 degrees for 5-8min just till cheese melts.

INFO & TIPS
*you may omit the potato to make roti pizzas - just add shredded chicken/steak, veggies and top with cheese
*you may adjust Chillie according to your preference
*if you want the paraatha look you may cut the roti in half then fold the halves
